Before commissioning me or buying any of my products, please read all the information below to avoid misunderstandings or problems.

By commissioning me you agree to all the clauses set forth below

I reserve the right to refuse the order.

To accept a commission for modules, the FBX model must be delivered and I will review the model to see if it accepts the order.

Models Vtuber/Avatar will have priority over modules unless a priority fee is paid.

If the Vtuber/Avatar model and the module have a priority rate, the Vtuber/Avatar model will always have the priority.

You must always give me Credit [XLevilan] when using the work in public media.

The corrections and changes must be implemented in the modelling phase, once that phase is over, the client will be notified if he is satisfied to move on to the next phase, in the next phase the changes that involve the previous phase will be charged an extra that is indicated commission area.

My commissions are only suitable for personal use and not for the use of third parties, in case you want commercial use, an agreement must be reached with the Commissioner.

In case of voluntarily inflicting the previous clause and transferring the material to third parties, the person responsible for the actions of third parties will be the person requesting the commission.

Payment will be made by transfer, otherwise, an agreement will be reached with the Commissioner.

The payment will consist of two methods: full payment of the desired amount and payment of 70% of the desired amount, in case of not delivering the second payment or extras, the model will not be delivered to the contracting party.
